From pickup to delivery, let us reveal our process.
- Schedule a Pickup.
Create your laundry account, schedule your pickup and delivery date, and select your treatment preferences. You can also add notes for our laundry attendants and drivers. - Get your order ready.
Pack your laundry in laundry bags or garbage bags (13 gallon) work great. Separate any items that require special attention. After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation and a reminder the day before pickup. - Pickup Day.
On your scheduled pickup date, simply set your order out in plain sight by your pickup time. You will receive a text from our driver when they are on their way. - Wash Dry Fold.
Your laundry is machine-washed, tumble-dried, and neatly folded or placed on hangers according to your preferences. Get details on our wash process. - Payment.
We will e-mail your receipt after your clothes are laundered and ready for delivery. - Delivery Day.
Expect to have your perfectly clean, organized, drawer-ready order back on your doorstep on your chosen delivery date. Once your clothes are delivered, you'll receive a notification.
