Wash & Fold
What products do you use when you wash my clothes?
We only use name brands. We use Tide, Clorox, OxiClean, and Bounce.
Do you wash my clothes with other clothes?
No.
Pickup & Delivery
When do you pickup and deliver?
- Monday through Saturday from 2PM to 6PM
- Closed on Sunday
- Orders picked up on Saturday will be delivered on Monday
What is the turnaround time?
24 hours or next day except for orders picked up on Saturday. Orders picked up on Saturday will be delivered on Monday.
Do holidays affect your hours and turnaround times?
- We are closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Labor Day, Memorial Day, and 4th of July.
- Orders picked up the day before any of these holidays will be delivered the next business day. Please note that we are closed on Sunday. If the holiday falls on a Saturday, then orders picked up on Friday will be delivered on Monday.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, $35 for all wash and fold orders.
How much does pickup and delivery cost?
- By Request - $1.99 per pound
- Weekly or Biweekly - $1.79 per pound
Do I need to be home to use this service?
Just let us know where you will leave the clothes. The porch, the backyard, in the garage, behind the gate, or with the apartment manager are common choices.
Can I make a special request on how I want my laundry done?
Yes, of course. Throughout the booking process, you'll see notes fields where you can enter in your preferences. Describe them as best as you can and we will oblige as best as we can.
Is there a contract or long term commitment?
No there isn't. We are positive that you will find our service so good that you'll stick with us a on continued basis.
When I schedule an order, how will I be billed?
You will be billed by the credit or debit card you used when placing the order.
What do I put my laundry in?
We recommend a laundry bag or 13 gallon trash bag. For recurring customers, please use the Veterans Wash and Fold laundry bag provided to you.
Can I put my pickups on hold while I'm on vacation?
Yes. You can suspend your pickup until you return from your vacation.
